Under the direction of Bar Manager Isaac Herrera, our drinks list covers high-quality spirits, carefully chosen wines, and quality beers. With 16 years in the industry, Isaac’s experience shows in our cocktail menu – creative, balanced, and always worth coming back for.

Try the Mango Fuji, where Rum and Absinthe meet Muyu Jasmine Verte and Mango Zen Tea for a bright, layered drink. Or go for the Shiso Spritz, which combines Gin, Japanese Shochu, cucumber, and lemon for a clean, refreshing drink.
