Chef Pavel Baranovs
Following in the footsteps of his mother and grandmother as a third-generation chef hailing from Latvia, Chef Pavel brings over 20 years of culinary experience to the UBA team. His journey began with a decade mastering Japanese cuisine, before expanding his repertoire to Pan-Asian flavours.
Beyond the kitchen, Pavel can be found fishing, and teaching his children how to be the next generation of sushi chefs.
